ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES

Purchasing an Online Gift Certificate

Sales tax will not be applied when purchasing an Online Gift Certificate. Certificates will be sent via e-mail to any recipient with a valid e-mail address with a delivery address located in the United States or Canada.

 

How do I redeem my online gift certificate?

Online gift certificates are redeemable on the ACLynn web site only. Enter your Online Gift Certificate code on the Payment or the Review Your Order screen and click "Apply" during checkout.

NOTE: Gift Certificate codes are case sensitive. Gift Certificate codes are active 24 hours after receipt of the email.

 

Rules & Regulations for Redeeming Online Gift Certificates

  • One Online Gift Certificate code per order will be accepted.
  • Online Gift Certificates are redeemable on ACLynn web site only.
  • Online Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise only.
  • If the amount of an Online Gift Certificate does NOT cover the total purchase amount, customer will be responsible for paying the remainder of the purchase total with an accepted form of payment.
  • If the amount of an Online Gift Certificate exceeds the purchase amount, the balance will be stored on an Online Gift Certificate account and may be applied to future purchases.
  • On-line Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • ACLynn cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All customers have 21 days from the purchase date to complete their returns and exchanges. Please follow the following guidelines for returning or exchanging merchandise.

 

How do I return an item?

Contact the Return Department at returns@aclynn.com to receive a return authorization number. Send your package back to the ACLynn Corporate Office with the return authorization number listed boldly on you shipping label. Please allow 14 days to process the return. You must have the return authorization number printed boldly on your shipping label or your return will not be processed. Do not send packages to us C.O.D. or your return will not be processed. 

 

How do I exchange an item?

Contact the Exchange Department at exchange@aclynn.com to process your exchange request. You will be able to select new merchandise in exchange for the item/items you have purchased. Adjustments, positive or negative, on your purchase total will be adjusted on your credit card. An exchange authorization number will be assigned to you at this time.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Gift Boxes

We’re pleased to offer you gift boxing for just $4.95 per item. Items will be individually gift-packaged in our ACLynn gift boxes. Recipients will receive your personalized note that you compose at checkout. Note: Some of the larger handbags and accessories cannot be gift wrapped. During checkout you will be notified if the item you have selected is not available with a gift box.


How Long before I receive my merchandise?

You will receive your order within 7-14 business days. Orders received Monday through Thursday will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow additional time for order processing during holiday weeks. 

 

Is overnight delivery available?

ACLynn does process overnight delivery requests for an additional $25.00. Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by 10:00 a.m. EST. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Express delivery is also available at this time for an additional charge of $15.00. There are no overnight international shipping services available at this time.

 

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all items in stock, unfortunately certain items may not be available. We will notify you immediately of the out of stock item and your credit card will be adjusted accordingly. 

 

 

COLOR ACCURACY

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display and define the attributes of our products, including the applicable color; however, the color that you see will depend upon your computer system. Please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@aclynn.com if you have a question regarding color.
